While grateful for the experience, he saw an opportunity to take a different path — one that emphasized quality over speed and relationships over shortcuts. In 2001, he stepped away from the family business and turned his vision into reality. Over two decades later, Josh still leads Barnett Painting with the same hands-on dedication and passion that started it all.
